Complete renovation of an existing administration building into a transitional patient facility while maintaining the building's Colonial style. The renovations included upgrades to all building systems including boiler replacement, removal of window air conditioning units and installation of central air conditioning, emergency power upgrades, and installation of a replacement kitchen which supplies the entire hospital campus.
