Transitional Patient Facility Renovation

Client: Silver Hill Hospital
This project involved MEP and fire protection design for the full renovation of an existing administration building converted into a transitional patient facility, while preserving its original Colonial architectural style. CENTEK’s scope included replacement of boilers, removal of window air-conditioning units, installation of new central air systems, emergency power upgrades, and a full kitchen replacement. The design modernized all building systems to improve comfort, reliability, and energy efficiency while maintaining the historic character of the facility.
